If you want your child to return to the building for two days of instruction beginning in January instead of remaining 100% remote, please complete this survey by midnight, Friday, December 18th. If you have more than one child on remote, please complete the form for EACH child.
A BMS representative will be in touch with you to provide your child's schedule. Due to limiting class size, returning students may not be assigned alphabetically.
If you want your child to remain on 100% remote learning, you do not need to do anything at this time.
